Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only . Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within one (1) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at returns@salzaa.com. Or else follow the below steps to return an item

1. Raise a Return Ticket: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply raise a return ticket within 1 day of receiving your order. You can do this by accessing the "My Orders" section in the Sazaa app and selecting the "Return" option.
2. State Reason for Return: Briefly explain why you're returning the item. Please choose from the available options
3. Attach Photos: Provide clear pictures of the item you're returning, particularly if there's any damage or discrepancy. This will help us process your return more efficiently.


REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return . Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return .  Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

SAZAA CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELING ORDERS ON SAZAA
Before Shipment
  • You can cancel any order before the seller has marked it as shipped through the "My Orders" section in the Sazaa app.
  • Once you initiate the cancellation request, the seller will be notified.
  • If the seller hasn't started processing the order yet, your order will be canceled, and you will receive a full refund within 5 business days.
  • If the seller has already started processing the order but hasn't shipped it yet, the seller may choose to accept or decline the cancellation request:
    • If accepted, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days.
    • If declined, you will be notified, and the order will proceed for delivery.
After Shipment
  • Unfortunately, due to the nature of a marketplace platform, we cannot guarantee order cancellations once the item has been shipped by the seller.
  • However, you can still raise a return ticket within 1 day of receiving the item following the return process outlined in the previous document.
REASONS FOR CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order for any reason before shipment.
Frequent cancellations without due reason may affect your account standing on Sazaa.
